Mark Shihan always delivers and shares so much knowledge that he gained from his decade in Japan with his teacher Morihiro Saito Shihan. Also a BIG thank you to all of our Aiki friends who travelled to join us from Denmark, Sweden, Nevada, Connecticut, Minnesota, North Dakota, and here in Winnipeg.
